Our aluminum honeycomb panels are produced in white, black and gray colors with 50 mm, 75 mm and 100 mm cell spacing as standard. SKU: EWA-TR-AKU-250-V2-8Square Cell Aluminum Honeycomb Suspended Ceiling Systems Description: T15 carrier system used in honeycomb suspended ceiling is manufactured in the same color and width to provide an uninterrupted image on the suspended ceiling.
Suspended ceiling carrier system is created by applying steel dowels, galvanized suspension wires, double springs and edge L profile to the suspended ceiling of classic 3600mm, 1200mm and 600mm carrier T15 profiles. Acoustic Insulation: Black acoustic fabric can be applied to 600x600 panels in pieces or rolls if desired.
It is also possible to put insulation materials such as glass wool and rock wool on it.
Square Honeycomb Suspended Ceiling Lighting and Sound Systems: Since the carrier system is made of T15 profile system, it is possible to use standard 4x18W or similar lighting fixtures.
In addition, due to the feature of honeycomb suspended ceiling, it is possible to place the lighting at the back or to use special sized spot fixtures inside the existing 50x50, 60x60, 75x75, 100x100 dimensions to obtain nice visual effects and perform hidden lighting.
An uninterrupted ceiling appearance is provided by placing the speaker system on the honeycombs and placing the fire extinguishing system in the spaces between the honeycombs.
Honeycomb ceilings are completely fireproof since they are made of aluminum and do not contribute to the existing fire. Square honeycombs provide a great advantage in escape routes, which are especially important in fires, by allowing a large amount of smoke to escape due to the large gaps between them.
