Barrier Basotect Sponge
Our basf basotect foam acoustic panels barrier sponges that we import from Europeare reinforced high-performance effective sound-absorbing products with sponge coating on the front and back and a heavy lead-equivalent EPDM barrier in between.
They are products manufactured in accordance with technical specifications. In areas where sound insulation will be applied, barrier basotect sponges are quality products preferred for sound insulation and isolation.
Barrier Basotect Sponge: Basotect melamine fireproof foam sponge panels are original German-made BASF products .
Basotect sponge, which we import from Germany and which is a lightweight, flexible and fireproof melamine foam sponge developed by Basf for NASA, provides extremely effective sound insulation and isolation.
We laminate our barrier basotect sponges by using heavy lead sheet or EPDM-based rubber sound insulation barriers, this process increases the sound insulation and isolation values of the product. This acoustic material, which has a light density, is generally preferred in vehicles, automotive, industry and studio sound insulation. Basotect melamine sponges with barriers are also available in flat panel form and patterned shapes.
We can produce special cuts and thicknesses of basotect sponges with barriers, our basotect sponges imported from Germany are in cube block shape.
