FORMWORK SYSTEMS Telescopic Prop System
It is manufactured according to a maximum working height of 3.0 - 3.5 - 4.0 - 4.5 - 5.0 - 5.5 or 6.0 mt as standard. It is easy to install and transport.
It can be adjusted to work at different elevations. The upright poles are kept upright with the help of a tripod. The system is designed by ATAK KALIP İSKELE according to your formwork project. The outer pipes are 60x2.5 or 76x3.0 mm, the inner pipes are 48x2.5 - 48x3 or 60x3.0 mm TSE certified, mechanically tested, standard pipes. The holes in the inner unit are drilled by special drilling robots without deforming the pipe. Automatic gas welding machines are used in our production. The system is painted with 2 layers of rapid paint and can be coated with galvanization upon request.
The placement of telescopic props intervals change according to projects. The floor’s thickness, flat’s height, main carrier
and secondary carrier’s changings are main reasons of that effects the prop’s intervals.
