The d stance between them are adjusted when ledgers are connected. Then, the system s leveled. 3. Steel decks are mounted on the base transoms where the ladder access will be provided. 4. First level's first module s formed using the frames, ledgers, and diagonal braces. 5. Assembly of the first level s completed. 6. Upper steel decks are mounted by taking the ladder decks into cons deration. 7. Second level's first module s formed using the frames, ledgers, and diagonal braces. 8. Toe boards are mounted. The assembly of the second level s completed. 9. The system is anchored to the facade according to the scaffolding drawings. 10. The assembly continues with the same sequence according to the scaffolding drawings.
Maintenance - Repair and Storage Instructions 1. - Since almost all of the materials are made of steel, they should not be kept n water and in extremely humid environments. 2. - It is possible to repair the damaged coating or paint of materials with su table coating mater al. For this kind of procedures, consultancy support s provided by the manufacturer. 3. - Repair and reuse of the deformed products must be done under the supervision of authorized personel. If the products are in shape not suitable for using, they must not be used. 4. - The storage of the product must be done so that they are not directly affected by outdoor weather conditions. 5. - Products stored outs de must be covered over (canvas, nylon cover). - Products must be transported by being held and carried from under the pack when they are moved to the storage area.

SAFETY FACADE SCAFFOLDING Safety façade scaffolding is designed in accordance with European standards with %100 safety rules. TS EN 74-3 certified base jacks are used to balance the system. With TS EN certified anchor elements, the system s fixed to the facade where it is installed. STC provides assembly and d is assembly services everywhere n Turkey. TS EN 12810-1 certified safety facade scaffolding frames as standard 48 * 3.0 mm, horizontal braces 34 * 2.0 mm and diagonal braces 38 * 2.5 mm TSE certified, mechanically tested ndustrial tubes. Robot c cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied n our product on. Frames, horizontal and diagonal braces and steel decks are hot dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
