Our self-adhesive bondex sponges are products with acoustic adhesive on the back, which can be easily installed. Adhesive bondex are high-performance sound-absorbing, sound-absorbing, cutting, high-quality, effective sponges.

Adhesive Bondex Sponge is a complementary sound insulation material, in order to increase insulation, you should use rubber sponge and acoustic sponge as well, so that sound transmission loss is increased and perfect insulation is obtained.
Sound insulation is a system integrity, although not with a single material, you should use these three products on top of each other in the required thicknesses and densities depending on the decibel rate of the space.

In order to increase the sound transmission loss between two acoustic bondex sponges, a heavy rubber sound insulation barrier based on Epdm (additive) is placed to provide superior and high sound insulation.
First, you should use adhesive & barrier bondex on the surface, then rubber sponge and as a finish material on it, acoustic fireproof sponges (egg or pyramid sponge).
In laminated (barrier) sound insulation sponges, the most effective sound insulation is provided by barrier bondex. Save time and provide odorless installation by using adhesive bondex sponge.
Adhesive Bondex Sponge Dimensions: 100 cm x 100 cm Plate dimensions, 10 – 20 – 30 – 40 – 50 – 60 – 70 – 80 – 90 – 100 mm are offered for retail sale.
Adhesive Bondex Sponge Package Content: Adhesive bondex sponges are sold in packages of 10 pieces in 100 cm x 100 cm size plates. 1 Package is sold for 10 m².
Adhesive Bondex Sponge Color options: Sold as standard in mosaic pattern granulated mixed color.
Adhesive Bondex Sponge Usage Areas: Music room, studio, generator cabin, radio broadcasting house, gym, entertainment venues.
Adhesive Bondex Sponge Production: Special thickness 50 mm and above production is possible. Special cutting of sizes is possible.
Adhesive Bondex Sponge Non-flammability: It does not have non-flammability or flame retardancy properties. See the section on non-flammable sponges.
Adhesive Bondex Sponge Density: Standard density is 110 Kg / M³ and optionally 180 Kg / M³. Special production is possible with the desired density and thickness.
Note: The 30 mm product has a thickness tolerance of 25 – 30 mm, and the 40 mm product has a thickness tolerance of 35 – 40 mm.
