It occurs when the polystyrene raw material comes into contact with water vapor and the pentane gas contained in the raw material granules swells and sticks the granules to each other, taking shape in the molds.
Different technical specifications can be produced depending on the intended use. It is used for thermal insulation purposes.
EPS is used as an under-screed insulation material in underfloor heating systems and to fix the underfloor heating pipe to the ground.
Scope of application: It is used in all kinds of places where underfloor heating is provided in mosques, masjids, dormitories, workplaces, buildings and houses.
Application Techniques:

Since it is injection EPS styrofoam, it is closed-pore styrofoam and its alum water emission value is negligible.
It is much easier to lay evenly spaced underfloor heating pipes thanks to modulation channels or pipe laying channels. It saves both additional material and time compared to applications made with plain styrofoam.
It prevents the pipes from being gathered to one side when screed is placed on underfloor heating.
Since the screed placed over underfloor heating is a filling screed, it minimizes cracks in the screed thanks to its porous structure.
It moves as a whole in the space where it is installed due to the tenons on its edges.
Depending on the application feature, laying steel mesh on it provides the opportunity to apply comfortably and in a way that will not damage the underfloor heating pipes.
