Electric Hot Water Boiler Features PERFECT BOILER DESIGN The boiler design is such that water circulation circulates optimally around the heating elements and heat transfer is maximized. Water velocities were selected to cause minimum pressure losses, and inlet and outlet ports were placed in diameter and position to provide optimum flow conditions. HEATING ELEMENTS Easily replaceable and long-lasting type heating elements are used. The elements are grouped to provide and disable gradual heating. Panel connections of all elements are made with qualified fasteners that are suitable for working conditions. ELECTRIC PANEL Fireproof cables are used between electrical heaters and panel connections. The electrical control equipment used is in accordance with globally accepted standards and is the product of certified brands. The heaters are activated gradually and at intervals to prevent the grid from being overloaded and creating a danger. A water level safety system is included in the system as standard for the protection of boilers and electric heaters. Note: PLC control unit and panel are available in capacities of 100 kW and above.
