Galvanized Industrial/Construction Pipes
Boray Boru manufactures construction pipes in accordance with TS 5317 / DIN 2395 / EN 10219-1 / EN 10305 standards.
Production can be done with galvanized raw material in thicknesses up to 5 mm and lengths up to 12 m. Pipe surfaces are covered with protective oil. Crushing and mouth expansion tests of pipes are carried out in accordance with TSE standards.
Welded areas of construction pipes made of galvanized sheet are coated with a special galvanized spray method.
Between 20 and 32 L: 4,000 – 10,000 mm, between 32 and 102 L: 4,000 – 12,000 mm can be produced.
CUSTOM LENGHT:In accordance with the demands of our customers, up
to 12 meters can be produced in desired length. This
ensures optimum transport, storage and handling.
CUSTOM THICKNESS:It can be produced in thicknesses ranging from 0.8 mm to 5.0 mm. Due to the process of rolling, the products in required thickness are prepared in the required length.
CUSTOM SIZE:Production can be done in desired dimensions in accordance with demand. Width and height are produced according to the exact size required in the production range possible.

ADDITIONAL PROTECTION COATING:Depending on customer request, additional protection coating can be applied on the outer surface of products to increase the products validity. Special packaging (jute) can be made upon request.
Special Protective Coating Depending on customer request, a special protective coating can be applied to the outer surface of the products to further increase the product life.
0.8 and 0.9 > can be produced if sufficient tonnage is requested.
