PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

It occurs as a result of the contact of the polystyrene raw material with water vapor, the pentane gas contained in the raw material granules swelling the granules and sticking them together. It can be produced as sheets and molds in different sizes and technical specifications depending on the intended use. It is used for thermal insulation purposes. Scope of application: In the thermal insulation of external walls, under insulation application, in the thermal insulation of sloping and terrace roofs and terrace gardens in buildings, in the thermal insulation of floors, in the thermal insulation of overhangs, in the thermal insulation of ceilings, in the impact sound insulation of floating floors, in the thermal insulation of cold storages, in dilatation joints, in hollow block construction, It is used in order to increase the strength of loose soils by filling them, in the insulation of pipes, tanks, warehouses and for other purposes in buildings.

Application Techniques:

the surface is made ready for application.

The base profile is fixed to the wall.

The product is attached to the wall using adhesive mortar.

Fixation is done with sheathing dowels.

Mesh corner profile is used to protect the corners from impacts. 

The surface of the products is plastered with sheathing plaster. 

The reinforcement mesh is covered on the surface of the plaster that has not dried.

After the surface dries, the second layer of plaster is applied.

After the surface is completely dry, decorative plaster coating is applied.

Paint is applied to the dried surface. 

Product features:

The thermal conductivity declared value is 0.030 £l³ 0.038 W/mK.

Water vapor diffusion resistance factor is m=90-100.

Use temperature is between -50/+75 oC. -It has no capillary absorbency.

Although it is resistant to acid and base chemicals, it is sensitive to flue gases, methane group gases, gasoline group, ether, ester and amine group chemicals.

It is sensitive to the sun's ultraviolet rays.

It is in class E according to TS EN 13501-1.

It is produced in facilities with ISO 9001 quality assurance system, ISO 14001 environmental management system, OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system and ISO 50001 energy management system certificates issued by BVIQ.

EPS products subject to TS EN 13164 standard are entitled to carry the CE mark within the framework of the building materials regulation (305/2011/EU).

Its compressive strength is very high.
