Product Details
Glass Fiber Filter
It is odorless, non-flammable, non-washable and non-reusable. It is known as a floor filter in paint booths. It has a high degree of dust retention. It is used as a dry type pre-filter in industrial ventilation systems . Thanks to the texture that gets tighter towards the depth, it is used to hold paint and dust not only on the surface but also on the entire depth of the material. There are 3 types; Green Glass Fiber Filter , Yellow Glass Fiber Filter and Pink Glass Fiber Filter.
Green Glass Fiber Filter retains waste paint particles and protects air ducts, ventilation systems and engines, preventing paint from being released into the environment.
Yellow Glass Fiber Filter is coated with an antibacterial adhesive binder to bind dry dust types.
Pink Glass Fiber Filter is mainly used for water-based painting.
Air quality in paint shops is key to a flawless paint job. Dust, paint particles and other contaminants in the air can cause paint to appear uneven, cause discolouration and even cause health problems. Therefore, paint shop filters are vital to maintaining both paint quality and employee wellbeing by providing a clean and healthy working environment.
In this article, you will learn about electrostatic filters, wet paint filters, powder paint filters, paint booth filters, paint shop filters, powder paint booth filters and glass fiber filters .
Electrostatic Filters :
Electrostatic filters capture paint particles in the air by attracting them with an electrical charge. These filters have high efficiency and are especially used in dry paint systems.
Wet Paint Filters:
Wet paint filters used in water-based paints provide clean air by capturing paint particles and water droplets in the air. These filters prevent the paint from appearing smooth and from changing color.
Powder Coating Filters:
Filters used in electrostatic powder paint systems provide clean air by capturing dusty paint particles in the air. These filters ensure that the paint is distributed homogeneously and a flawless surface is achieved.
Paint Booth Filters :
Filters used in paint booths provide a clean paint application environment by capturing dry paint particles and dust in the air. These filters help keep the paint booth and the surrounding area clean.
Paint Shop Filter Selection:
Here are some factors to consider when choosing paint shop filters:
Paint type: A filter appropriate to the type of paint used should be selected.
Air flow rate: Filter capacity should be selected according to the air flow rate of the paint booth.
Filtration efficiency: The more effectively the filter can capture airborne contaminants, the better.
Filter life: How often filters need to be replaced should be taken into account.
Glass Fiber Filters:
Glass fiber filters are high efficiency and long life filters. They can be used in different types of paint.
Glass Fiber Filter dimensions are 2m x 20m 40m2 roll and cut to the desired dimensions.
