Industrial Pipes Manufacturing Process Industrial pipes can be manufactured from various materials (steel, plastic, aluminum, copper). The manufacturing process is as follows: Raw Material Supply : Raw materials such as metals such as steel, aluminum, copper or polymers are supplied. Mineral Processing and Melting : For metals, ores are ground and melted; for polymers, raw material granules are prepared. Extrusion or Casting : Hot or cold drawing process is applied for metal pipes. Extrusion method is used for plastic pipes. Shaping : Pipes are shaped to the desired diameter and thickness. Metal pipes are shaped by rolling and welding processes. Cooling and Cutting : The shaped tubes are cooled and cut to the desired dimensions. Surface Treatments and Coating : Galvanizing, painting or coating processes are applied to increase the corrosion resistance of the pipes. Quality Control and Tests : Produced pipes are subjected to quality control tests. Pressure, sealing and durability tests are performed. Packaging and Shipping : Pipes that pass quality control are packaged and made ready for shipping.
