MasterSeal 525 is a two-component, cement and acrylic based waterproofing material that creates an effective barrier against waterborne salts and atmospheric gases and is applied internally and externally to concrete and cement based surfaces.
Cement and acrylic based flexible material applied in many places, UV resistant white color, resistant to sunlight. The product is our most preferred material that you can use easily in many small and large areas with German MBCC (BASF-YKS) quality and provides easy application.
AREAS OF USE
In interior and exterior spaces, in vertical and horizontal applications, from the direction the water comes, In foundation insulation, on retaining walls, In grounds that are expected to deflection, On terraces (Can be used without protection under light load, please consult BASF-YKS technical service for details.)
In wet areas such as WC, bathroom, kitchen and balcony, In Olympic swimming pools, In drinking and utility water tanks, In facilities such as spas and baths, In sea water channels, In places where waterproofing and protection against salt water is required, To protect concrete surfaces against carbonation and chlorine attacks, On the walking paths of marinas, It is used in flower bed insulation.
