Optistep OST-B Accordion Metal Roof Ladder

 The product should be installed according to the included assembly instructions.   The ladder is delivered to you as a packaged and pre-assembled unit. - All roofers, metalworkers, and carpenters can easily install it. The installation is   extremely simple, and you can do it yourself.

- Step dimensions: 8x35 cm. Coated with electrostatic oven-baked paint.   It is made of steel sheet.

- An opening rod is included in the package to open the roof ladder

-The carrying capacity is 160 kg. - Weight: 32 kg.- Height: Adjustable for use between 2.30 m and 2.80 m thanks to its scissor   mechanism.

-By adding extra steps, it can be extended up to a height of 320 cm.

- Our roof ladder does not have a locking mechanism. It closes automatically through   steel springs. When the ladder is closed, the cover is sealed with a gasket,   eliminating heat, sound, and dust permeability. -

 The ladder cover contains high-quality thermal insulation material for heat and   sound insulation.

- If you carefully examine our roof ladder images, you will see how the scissor steps   are securely mounted to the wooden cover section of the ladder.

- The frame thickness is 2 cm, and the frame height is 16 cm, made of Scandinavian    pine.

- The cover thickness is 3.6 cm, and it has seals installed for thermal insulation.   The cover color is white on both the visible side on the ceiling and the inside.
