Revolving Door
SAFETY SYSTEM: Schmelz Automatic revolving door safety systems; vertical pneumatics as a standard on the direction of rotation of the door as well as vertical pneumatic point scanners which are optionally provided according to project requirements and which have a canopy mounted on the direction of rotation of the door.
There is no jamming between the wing station and the underside of the revolving door wings Pneumatic systems are installed horizontally according to the direction of rotation of the parts.
In case of the slightest contact, the door stops instantly to prevent damage to the people inside.
The Curtain Safety sensors which are already applied are mounted on the upper part of the wings in the direction of rotation, prevent contact with a person or object.
AGING-EFFECTIVE TRANSITION SYSTEM: The system consists of a button and the systems connected to this button.
Once the button is pressed, the speed of rotation of the moving wings is reduced and the elderly-disabled pass safely through the door.
EMERGENCY SAFETY BUTTON: The door stops momentarily when the button is pressed in any emergency and the automatic door can be operated manually.
In this position, the door wings can be moved by hand.
CAMLAR: 4 + 4 mm cambered laminar transparent glass is used as standard in fixed wings and 8 mm transparent tempered glass is used as standard in moving wings.
It can be applied easily with 5 + 5 mm cambered laminated glass and 10 mm transparency glass in moving wings.
It can also be optionally used in all kinds of colored, colored reflex glass systems.
WINGS: Made of 100% Aluminum Profiles, this profiled profile system consists of 100% horse hair brushes, specially designed for maximum efficiency in revolving doors.
