It consists of a densely layered felt-based non-woven fabric that is perfectly ventilated and two strips of aluminum tape, varnished in a metallurgical process. Butyl glue is applied to the strips. The materials are stitched together with special, waterproof threads. The folded aluminum edges additionally strengthen the product and protect the material during assembly.

Thanks to the use of specially selected raw materials, it provides excellent protection against water and moisture ingress under the roof, while at the same time ensuring maximum free air flow. The exceptional flexibility of the product is ensured by the appropriate aluminium profile mould and the special adhesive used ensures easy and comfortable installation even for the most difficult solutions in the ridge structure. In addition to its excellent ventilation properties, Kaprovent also protects the roof against insects.
