Wider Open Wedge Heads Used to connect joints between rosettes with wider open holes. Made from steel sheets with a thickness of 6 mm. Plates are first curved, then welded. Narrow Open Wedge Heads Used to connect joints between narrow holes in rosettes that have wide openings. Steel Cast-Made Wedge Heads Used to connect joints with rosettes with narrow holes. Welding between the steel casting piece and the tube makes the horizontal bearer stronger and safer. Components' List All components are used to set up a rosette modular security scaffold. Made from S 235 JR steel and processed by hot-dip galvanization. Custom production available based on demand. Component Details 1. Leveling Jacks Purpose: Set vertical posts at the same height. Base Plate: 5 mm thickness, 150 mm x 150 mm square. Bars: Made with a tube of Ø38×4 mm. Adjustable lengths: 500 mm tube → adjustable to 350 mm. 750 mm tube → adjustable to 560 mm. Total Length Options: 0.50 m, 0.75 m, 1.00 m, 1.20 m. 2. Starter Collar Purpose: First joint between vertical and horizontal posts; levels the scaffold system. Total Length: 30 cm. Material: Welded tubes. First tube: Ø48 mm, 3 mm thickness. Second tube: Ø60 mm, 2.5 mm thickness. Placement: Horizontal bearers are placed above the 60 mm tube opening. 3. Vertical Post Purpose: Main element of the rosette modular scaffolding system. Material: Steel tubes with section Ø48.3×3 mm. Rosettes: Placed every 50 cm. Made from 8 mm steel plates, welded horizontally. Joining Tube: Steel tube with section Ø40×2.5 mm. 4. Horizontal Bearers Purpose: Joining elements between vertical posts. Material: Steel tubes with section Ø48.3×2.5 mm. Length Options: 0.70 m, 1.10 m, 1.50 m, 2.00 m, 2.44 m, 3.00 m. Wedge Heads: Can be made with curved steel plates (two sizes) or steel casting. 5. Shoring Brace Purpose: Opposes horizontal forces; aids scaffolding setup. Material: Steel tubes with section Ø48.3×2.5 mm. Length Options: 3.75 m, 3.25 m (most common), 2.75 m, 2.25 m. 6. Access Deck with Ladder Purpose: Worker access and material discharge. Material: Rectangular steel profiles (40×60×2 mm). Trapdoor: Direction adjustable upon request.
