KAPROFLEX ULTRA PLUS is an extruded tape for making chimney tapes. and it is made of EPDM reinforced with aluminium mesh and butyl adhesive applied over the entire width. This ensures easy and convenient installation.

KAPROFLEX ULTRA PLUS is made of EPDM, EPDM stands for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer.

Installation Conditions:
– the surface to be bonded must be dry and free of grease.
– the outside temperature must be between +5 °C and +40 °C.
Installation Method:
– unwind the roll of chimney tape
– remove the protective spacer from the adhesive
– place the tape around the chimney, paying particular attention to the corners
– adjust the curved edges to the shape of the cladding
– protect the upper edge of the chimney tape with the pressure strip
