RP36 is a TCP/IP based audio decoder device with many hardware features of ESCO Series Network Based Voice and Announcement System. It can decode G.711/G.722/WAV/MP3. It can play stream data coming from network (from other RP-36 devices or MA5 device) by decoding according to data type. The broadcast coming from network should be 48000Hz for microphone and line inputs and 44100Hz for MP3 broadcast. MP3 broadcasting can be done via both LAN and WAN thanks to the USB input on it. It has 2 balanced audio outputs. Many features can be programmed thanks to its digital and analog inputs. It supports 9-24AC/DC and POE (Power Over Ethernet) as power supply. RP36 can be used as part of an announcement system or on its own. All sound sources in the system have priorities. Playing and stopping operations are performed according to the priority structure you created when setting up the system. RP36 evaluates each data; while playing data from a source with a high priority, it records low priority data from other sources and plays recorded sounds when the system is idle. In case of multiple recordings, it processes the recorded data by playing the data with the highest priority first. To access the web interface, the RP36 and the computer must be connected directly via Ethernet or connected to the same switch via Ethernet. To open the interface, after the connection is made, type 192.168.1.33/html into the preferred web browser and press the “enter” button.
