Shaving Blade and End Cutting Device These two apparatus have been developed considering the needs of applicators using completely adhesive products and have been produced only by Leon in Turkey for 3 years. The shaving blade is not successful in thicknesses over 0.40 mm, but the end cutting apparatus works successfully in all thicknesses including 2.00 mm. Spare blades for both products are produced by Leon and offered to customers. The life of both products can be extended or shortened depending on the material used, especially melamine edge bands shorten the life of the blade due to their cellulosic structure. The only difference between the product and the classic product is not the patterns but also the developed glue. Both much more durable glue is used and, depending on customer demand, customer-determined tapes such as 3M or Tesa can be applied to the products in lamination machines.
