Safescaff Safety Facade Scaffolding System; It is a facade scaffolding system consisting of main materials and auxiliary materials such as frame element, horizontal-diagonal element, walking platforms, covered platforms and dust cover elements. Safescaff Safety Facade Scaffolding System has been designed in accordance with European standards, taking into account 100% occupational safety rules. The frame joining element used for the assembly of the frames is attached to the main body by choking with the hydraulic pressing method. TS EN 74-3 certified lower adjustment spindles are used to level the floor.
Safescaff Safety Facade Scaffolding System is securely installed up to a height of 120 meters by being fixed to the wall with TS EN certified wall connection anchor elements. All system elements are welded untouched by robotic welding lines. The system is a certified product that complies with TS-EN 12810 norms. Safescaff frames with TS EN 12810-1, 12810-2, 12811-1 and 12811-2 certificates are TSE certified as standard, with 48/3.0 mm horizontal connections, 34/2.0 mm horizontal connections and 42/2.5 mm cross connections, It is produced from industrial pipes subjected to mechanical tests. The whole system is welded by robotic machines or construction workers. It provides safe working environments with steel walking platforms on each floor. Floor passage is provided safely with covered platforms. The ladder system is hinged and has folding apparatus, it works as a mono block with a covered platform. Walking platforms are produced with perforated holes for safety. Walking platforms are securely mounted to the system with a special connection lock.
