BERKA SAFETY NET SYSTEMS
The Safety Net system has been designed in accordance with European standards, taking into account the 100% occupational safety rules, which can withstand the products transported by the crane made at the construction site and 1 personnel falling on the net from 2 floors of flooring height. It is produced in 400/600, 400/500, 400/400, 400/300 cm dimensions as standard. Non-standard sizes can be produced for special facades. TS EN 1263-1 Certified Safety net system tension arms and horizontal pipes are produced from 60/3.00mm TSE certified, mechanically tested industrial pipes as standard.
SYSTEM FEATURES:

During assembly, the two consoles must be overlapped by at least 75 cm.

Products can be dip galvanized in accordance with TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards upon request.
Safety nets with an eye size of 10×10 cm are used to catch people and large objects. A net is used as the second row on top of the main carrier net to catch small objects and prevent the worker from being blinded when viewed from above.
SAFETY NETS ARE MANUFACTURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH EN 1263-1, EN1263-2 STANDARDS.
The meshes are square and the dimensions are 100x100 mm. The mesh rope diameter is 6 mm
Polyamide 6.6. The mesh ropes consist of high strength synthetic fibers. They are manufactured from a material with high UV resistance and abrasion resistance. The breaking strength of the suspension rope is 30 kN.
The fall height must never exceed 6 m.
