Pre-Application Preparation:
Make sure that the application surface is cured and solid.
The surface to be applied must be cleaned from paint, oil, dust, etc.
Before application, cracks and holes should be repaired with appropriate Allmax Repair Mortars .
If necessary, the application surface should be moistened with water.
APPLICATION:
On aerated concrete walls, Allmax Serpo should be applied as a pre-sprinkling at least 72 hours before application .
On concrete ceilings and walls, Allmax Latex and Allmax Serpo should be mixed and applied in pre-spray consistency.
Application begins immediately after the surface has dried.
Depending on seasonal conditions, at least 48 hours should be waited for the surface to dry sufficiently and form a strong substructure suitable for application.
30 kg of Allmax Alltec is poured into a container filled with approximately 5.0-6.0 liters of water and mixed with a low-speed mixer or trowel until a lump-free mixture is obtained. The prepared mortar is applied with a plaster shovel or trowel.
The application should be done in 2 layers. The application thickness should be between 10 mm and 25 mm in a single layer, if the thickness is more than 25 mm, the second layer is applied with a maximum thickness of 25 mm after the first layer has set. Then the surface is leveled. After this process, when the plaster hardens sufficiently, the plaster surface is trifiled and the surface is finished with a damp sponge. The surface becomes suitable for painting 7 days after the plaster application.
In wall-building application;
The prepared mortar is applied to horizontal and vertical surfaces with a trowel. The placed mesh materials are placed by ramming from the top and sides.
During the knitting process, the knitting materials of the columns and walls must be combined with Allmax Alltec .
Warnings:
No foreign material (lime, cement, plaster, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.
Plastered surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions in the first days, and plastered surfaces should be lightly wetted if necessary.
The applied surface should be protected against rapid drying in windy weather.
Plaster mesh should be used at joints of different materials and at points where movement is thought to occur.
For the durability of the product, the surface should be watered at regular intervals within 3 days after application.
Do not exceed the specified application surface and instructions for use.
Any coating and painting work to be applied on the plastered surface must be done at least 7 days after the plaster application is completed.
Surfaces that may be exposed to severe weather conditions are optionally coated with breathable paints or mineral-based plasters applied up to a maximum thickness of 30 mm on the exterior.
The surface of the knitting materials must be clean.
