Indoors and outdoors,
As a ready-mixed screed under materials such as tiles, ceramics, granite ceramics, marble and natural granite,
It is used in residential and garden areas, in filling molds, garden walls, supports and buttresses, in filling gaps on element surfaces such as walls and floors, in door and window lintels, beams and lintels, floor slabs, in the assembly of prefabricated floors, floor gratings, stairs, floor slabs, chimneys/plumbing gaps and in many other areas.
Features:
It is ready to use.
It saves time and labor.
It is resistant to water, frost and severe weather conditions.
It is suitable for underfloor heating systems.
This factory-mixed product offers the same and higher quality at every point of application compared to concrete prepared with the classical construction site mix method, thanks to its homogeneous mixture.

Water Mixing Ratio : 2.50-3.25 Liters/Bag
Resting Time of the Mortar : 3-5 min.
Applicable Thickness : 5 cm (Single Layer)
Drying Time : 24 hours
Maximum Grain Size : 4.0 mm
Compressive Strength : C30
Compressive Strength : ~ 30 N/mm²
Flexural Strength: ~ 6 N/mm²

Temperature Resistance : -30ºC to +80ºC
The above values are given for +23 ºC and 50% relative humidity.
Preparation Before Application :
The surface must be cleared of mold oil, dust, paint and adhesion reducing substances.
Necessary repairs should be made on old floors.
In applications to be made on concrete and existing screed, priming the surface is important to increase adhesion.
APPLICATION:
25 kg of Allmax Concrete is poured into a container filled with approximately 2.5-3.25 liters of water and mixed with a low-speed mixer or trowel until a lump-free mixture is obtained.
The prepared mortar should be rested for 3-5 minutes and then mixed again and used.
Fresh concrete should be applied as soon as possible after mixing and its separation should be prevented while being transported from the mixer to the application point.
The applied mortar can be spread and smoothed using a trowel or other necessary hand tools.
In screed applications;
The prepared mortar is spread on the surface with a thickness of 3-10 cm and leveled.
When the surface hardens, it is smoothed by mechanical polishing.
Warnings :
No foreign material (lime, cement, plaster, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.
It is recommended to apply at temperatures between +5ºC and +35ºC.
The mortar should be protected from rapid drying in windy weather.
It should not be applied to frozen surfaces.
Do not apply under direct sunlight.
For the durability of the mortar, the surface should be watered at regular intervals, depending on weather conditions, 24 hours after application and within 7 days.
In applications larger than 25 m², it is recommended to create dilatations at appropriate intervals.
Storage and Shelf Life :
It should be stored in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. In short-term storage, a maximum of 2 pallets should be stacked on top of each other and shipment should be made on a first-in, first-out basis.
In long-term storage, pallets should not be placed on top of each other.
12 months from the date of production under appropriate storage conditions.
Opened packages should be stored under appropriate storage conditions and used within a week.
