TS EN 998-1
Public Works Item No: 04.475/A
Area of Use:
It is applied to surfaces such as brick, aerated concrete, briquette walls, pumice, exposed concrete and ceiling in interior and exterior spaces.
Features:
It functions as rough plaster with a single coat application.
It creates a solid base with its high adhesion and strength properties.
Provides easy and fast application with the machine.
With its water-repellent feature, it is more resistant to water than traditional plasters.
Allows water vapor diffusion, allowing the building to breathe.
It is used as a base plaster for all kinds of fine plasters and decoration plasters.
It is used as a base or final coat plaster for mineral and organic based plasters.
It is used as a base plaster for tile-ceramic adhesives used in thin layers.
It can be used as a final coat of plaster for painting.
It has hydraulic binding properties.

Pre-Application Preparation:
Make sure that the application surface is cured and solid.
The surface to be applied must be cleaned from paint, oil, dust, etc.
Before application, cracks and holes should be repaired with appropriate Allmax Repair Mortars .
If necessary, the application surface should be moistened with water.
APPLICATION:
On aerated concrete walls, Allmax Serpo should be applied as a pre-sprinkling at least 72 hours before application .
On concrete ceilings and walls, Allmax Latex and Allmax Serpo should be mixed and applied in pre-spray consistency.
Application begins immediately after the surface has dried.
Depending on the seasonal conditions, at least 48 hours should be waited for the sprinkled surface to dry sufficiently and form a strong substructure suitable for machine plaster.
Allmax Matic is applied in a single layer of 10 - 15 mm thickness on the coating that hardens sufficiently and increases adhesion to the surface .
On surfaces requiring plaster of 15 mm thickness or more, Allmax Matic should be applied in two layers.
If the application is to be done manually and on surfaces requiring an application thicker than 15 mm, the first layer should be allowed to dry for approximately 3-4 days before applying the second layer.
After this waiting period, the second layer can be applied with a thickness of 10-15 mm, using plaster mesh if necessary.
After the final layer of plaster has sufficiently set and reached a plastic consistency (after 60-70 minutes), the leveling is done again. After the surface hardens to the point where it cannot be leveled, it is leveled with a spatula or steel trowel. The hardened and leveled plaster surface is slightly wetted and trifiled with a sponge.
The trefoiled surface is pressed again with a steel trowel within 10-15 minutes and smoothed until it becomes smooth and shiny as glass. During this time, trefoiling more than necessary or pressing the trowel more than necessary to polish the surface after trefoiling may cause the coarse sand in the plaster to spread over the surface, thus causing roughness on the surface.
The surface becomes suitable for painting 7 days after the plaster application.
Warnings:
No foreign material (lime, cement, plaster, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.
Plastered surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions in the first days, and plastered surfaces should be lightly wetted if necessary.
The applied surface should be protected against rapid drying in windy weather.
Plaster mesh should be used at joints of different materials and at points where movement is thought to occur.
For the durability of the product, the surface should be watered at regular intervals within 3 days after application.
Do not exceed the specified application surface and instructions for use.
Any coating and painting work to be applied on the plastered surface must be done at least 7 days after the plaster application is completed.
Surfaces that may be exposed to severe weather conditions are optionally coated with breathable paints or mineral-based plasters applied up to a maximum thickness of 30 mm on the exterior.
