Pre-Application Preparation:
The surface must be cleared of mold oil, dust, paint and adhesion reducing substances.
Before application, cracks and holes should be repaired with appropriate repair mortars.
If necessary, the application surface is moistened with water.
APPLICATION:
25 kg of Allmax Thin is poured into a container filled with approximately 5.0-6.0 liters of water and mixed with a low-speed mixer or trowel until a lump-free mixture is obtained.
During the mixing process, no additives should be added that are not specified in the application instructions.
The prepared mortar should be left to mature for 5-10 minutes and then mixed for 1-2 minutes until it becomes homogeneous.
The application thickness is 3-10 mm in a single layer with a plasterer's trowel.
When the plaster has hardened sufficiently, the plaster surface is trifiled and the surface is finished with a damp sponge.
Warnings:
No foreign material (lime, cement, plaster, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.
Plastered surfaces should be protected from direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions in the first days, and plastered surfaces should be lightly wetted if necessary.
The applied surface should be protected against rapid drying in windy weather.
It is recommended to apply 2 coats, especially in summer, to prevent the risk of cracking due to rapid drying.
Plaster mesh should be used at joints of different materials and at points where movement is thought to occur.
For the durability of the product, the surface should be watered at regular intervals within 3 days after application.
Do not exceed the specified application surface and instructions for use.
Any coating and painting work to be applied on the plastered surface must be done at least 7 days after the plaster application is complete
