Masamod® Frame | Shoring Scaffolding
Masamod® Frame Type Formwork Scaffolding is a scaffolding model designed and certified according to TS EN 12812, TS EN 12813 standards, used as a carrier scaffolding under the slab and beam. Masamod frame type formwork scaffolding is YAPEKSAN's scaffolding system brand.
Masamod scaffolding system is a heavy-duty formwork scaffolding generally used as formwork support in structures where the distance between floors and the slab concrete thickness are large. Masamod scaffolding system has a very rigid structure with its frame system and horizontal and cross elements.
System Features:
» Frame vertical pipes are manufactured as Ø60x3 mm or Ø60x4 mm, horizontal pipes as Ø48x3 mm depending on the project.
» Horizontal and cross elements are manufactured from Ø34x2.5 mm or Ø38x2.5 mm pipes depending on the project.
» TSE certified, mechanically compliant pipes are used throughout the system.
Material Properties:
» Industrial pipes made of Fe37 structural steel (yield stress 235 MPa) in accordance with DIN 2394, TS EN 10305-3, TS EN 10219-1/2 standards are used throughout the scaffolding elements.
`Frame 110 cm` Uprights Carrying Capacity is 62 kN.
`Frame 150 cm` Uprights Carrying Capacity is 55 kN.
`Frame 180 cm` Uprights Carrying Capacity is 49 kN.
