Mermod Stair Tower Scaffolding System or also known as Ladder Access Tower Scaffolding System is an H type (Frame Type) scaffolding system. It is a scaffolding system with wide stairs and a statically strong carrier system that provides safe walking, descent and ascent to deep foundation excavation areas and high-rise buildings in metro, residential and industrial projects. Mermod Stair Tower Scaffolding System is a TSE certified scaffolding designed and manufactured in accordance with TS EN 12810-1, TS EN 12810-2, TS EN 12811-1 and TS EN 12811-2 standards.
System Features
Mermod® Stair Tower scaffolding system is a scaffolding system with stepped stairs and a strong carrier system that provides safe descent and ascent to deep foundation excavation areas and high molds. There are main and intermediate railing systems on both sides of all staircase and landing sections.
Material Properties Industrial pipes made of S235JR Structural steel (yield strength 235 MPa) in accordance with DIN 2394, TS EN 10305-3, TS EN 10219-1/2 standards were used in all scaffolding elements.
Load class The ladder tower scaffolding system can be used safely by 20 people at the same time up to a height of 60 m. There should be a maximum of 3 people on a ladder arm.
