Panomod scaffolding system is a frame type safety scaffolding system used in facade applications as facade scaffolding.
It is used as exterior scaffolding in thermal insulation, painting, facade cladding, assembly etc. processes of buildings.

Panomod Safe Scaffolding Systemis a scaffolding system with TSE Certificate, designed and manufactured in accordance with TS EN 12810-1 , TS EN 12810-2 , TS EN 12811-1 and TS EN 12811-2 standards.
Panomod scaffolding system is a frame type safe scaffolding system used in facade applications as facade scaffolding . In the Panomod scaffolding system, which has been highly developed in terms of occupational safety, preventive measures against possible occupational accidents have been maximized. Panomod frame type, also known as H Type scaffolding system.
System Features:
» There are two horizontal (guardrail) elements in each module of the system, at knee and waist level.
» 2 fixed steel platforms are used side by side on each working floor.» The system is installed on the starting feet with base supports that can be adjusted in precise height.
» Side guardrail elements are used on the edge frames for safety, and 15 cm high steel heel rests are used in each module to prevent materials from falling from the working platforms.
» The system is fixed with the help of special connection elements for the facade.
» In the system; frames are manufactured from Ø48.3x3 mm, horizontal elements are manufactured from Ø34x2 mm and diagonal elements are manufactured from Ø42.4x2.5 mm industrial steel pipe.
» The entire system is manufactured from TSE certified pipes and profiles that have undergone mechanical conformity tests.
» Welded joints are made by certified welders with gas metal arc welding. Material Properties Industrial pipes manufactured from S235JR structural steel (Yield strength 235 MPa) in accordance with DIN 2394, TS EN 10305-3, TS EN 10219-1/2 standards were used in all scaffolding elements. Load class Panomod Scaffolding system was designed according to load class 4 given in Table 3 of TS EN 12811-1 standard . The service load on the working area is accepted as 3 kN/m2 (300 kg/m2). Scaffolding platforms cannot be loaded with a load exceeding 300 kg/m2. In addition, a single load of more than 300 kg cannot be applied to an area with dimensions smaller than 50cmx50cm, and a single load of more than 100 kg cannot be applied to an area with dimensions smaller than 20cmx20cm. Area of Use: It is used as external scaffolding in processes such as thermal insulation, painting, facade cladding, assembly, etc. of buildings.
