Cuplock Underfloor Scaffolding System is a scaffolding system used as carrier scaffolding in reinforced concrete structures or as working scaffolding in various structures. The Cuplock underfloor scaffolding system consists of 4 main materials: vertical element, horizontal element, lower adjustment and upper adjustment. In particular, the level differences on the floor or the floor can be solved very easily with this system. It is easy to install, transport and stock. It can be easily shaped according to the structure. It takes its name from the cups in the vertical elements, and the pier is rigidly locked when the almonds in the horizontal elements are seated in these cups. Locking mechanisms placed at 50 or 100 cm intervals on vertical elements are the connection points of horizontal elements.
Cuplock underfloor scaffolding system is used as a carrier formwork in all reinforced concrete structures, as well as preferred in industrial facilities, oil refineries, shipyards, construction, entertainment sectors and concert or sports areas where temporary grandstands are needed. Our steel products are dipped and painted. In addition, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards. SYSTEM FEATURES:1.It is practical to install, saves labor and time. It is easily installed and dismantled with a single hammer blow. Since no fastener is used, it saves time, labor and cost. 2.No fastener is required for the connection to the cup apparatus. 3.Level differences on the floor or floor can be easily resolved with this system. TS EN 74-3 certified lower adjustment spindles are used to level the floor, and 4-way or U-headed upper adjustment spindles are used to take the balance under the floor and beam. 4.It can be used safely at the desired height and width. 5.Walking platforms are produced with perforated holes for safety. Walking platforms are securely mounted to the system with a special connection lock. 6.It has a carrying capacity of 6 tons when the horizontal element is connected between the uprights at 0.5 meter intervals. 7.TS EN 12810-1 certified Cuplock vertical elements are produced as standard with 48/3.0mm and horizontal elements with 48/2.5mm TSE certified industrial pipes subjected to mechanical tests. 8.Robotic cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied in our productions. 9.Each element is produced automatically in gas welding robotic machines
