BERKA TELESCOPIC PROB SYSTEM
Telescopic Prop adjustable underfloor prop system is a system that can be easily applied to all kinds of flooring in different geometries. The independent pillars of the system are very suitable for solutions on floors where a solution with scaffolding is not possible. The main element of the system is the uprights. The system is completed with auxiliary elements such as Tripod Stand, U Head, Double Way Head. As a standard, 300 – 350 – 400 – 500 – 550 m heights are produced. It is designed to be adjustable to work at different heights.
The most suitable solution is made according to the floor load by decreasing or increasing the openings between the uprights. TS EN 1065 certified Telescopic Upright outer pipes 60/2.0 – 60/2.5 – 60/3.0 or 76/3.0 mm, inner pipes 48/2.0 – 48/2.5 – 48/3 or 60/3.0 mm TSE certified industrial pipes subjected to mechanical tests. Our steel products are dipped painted. In addition, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.

certified welding labors.
Nuts have CE certification and sifero moulding warranty.
Products are painted inside the dipping pool. Galvinizing is
possible upon request.
Controling the secondary girdered spaces: If the space in between is 50 cm: One secondary girdered is effected with(q secondary) = 0,50m 9,8 kn/m2 = 4,9 kn/m2 When Secondary girdered is 10x10 wooden, Maximum bending moment: M = 2,7 kn/m, maximum cutting moment is V = 5,90 kn One space simple beam calculation for secondary girdered: M = qx2/8=4,90 4/8 = 2,45 kn/m <2,7 kn/m: okey V = qx L/2 = 4,90 x 2/2 = 4,9 kn < 5,9 kn okey The space between secondary girdereds are appropriate. Main girdered beams are good to stand by 2,00 m spaces in between.
Controling the main girdered spaces: If main girdered spaces are 1,25m: One main girdered is effected (q main) with = 2m 9,8 kn/m2 = 19,60 kn/m2. When main girdered is H20 wooden beam, maximum bending moment is M = 5 kn/m. Maximum cutting moment is V = 5,90 kn/m One space simple beam calculation for main girdered: M = q x²/8 = 19,6 x (1,5625 x 1,5625)/8 = 3,83 kn/m < 5 kn/m: okey V = qx L/2 = 19,6 x 1,25/2 = 12,25 kn < 11 kn : not okey Cutting moment value is not enough, so 1,1 m is

1. Four Ways Head Spindles are located on top of the props andadjusted to the height you need.
2. Tripode is used to easy assembling.Due to the wooden beam length settle the other prop.
3. Keep going by the same assmbly provess.
4. Settle the H20 beams on the four ways spindles as main wooden girders.
5. Thereafter, settle the secondary girders and props with U head in the middle.
6. Plywood installations are being proccessed to finish the slab formwork assembly.
