System consists of three
main components: H20 wooden beams, plywood and Steel
walers. The rows of slots in the
steel walers and couplers
provide a continuously
adjustable tight element
connection. On addition, the
Wooden Girdered Formwork
System couplers align the
elements ensuring a flush fit
which evens out any
inaccuracies during assembly.
Assembled panels are ready to
use by winch transport provides a
very high level of safety as well as
saving working time.
Pressures, that apply over both
sides of the BERKA Wooden
Girdered Formwork Panels, are
transferred through tie reds
those placed within panels. Such
anchoraging system is strong
enough to bear a drawing load
up to 90 kN/m² with in the
system.
BERKA Wooden Girdered
Formwork System Wall Panels
Formwork panels may have
different sizes and strengths that
make an adaptable formwork
possible by charging the places of
the wooden beams and street
walerels.
Under 40 cm infills are shuttered with coupling compression components without using any special panels.
Adustable Column Waler 115 is used for 20/20 - 70/70 columns, Adustable Column Waler 145 is used for
70/70-100/100 columns.
Standard panels are changeable between 100 cm and 300 cm with 25 cm increments.
Special panels can be
produced due to the project.
Column Formwork
Systems formed by 2 L
panels and the sizes are
various between 20/20
to 100/100.
After the first concreting, positioning cone and stop anchor components stay in concrete. The positi- oning cone is removed and climbing consoles would be hanged to positioning cones.
If the wall formwork to be moved with climbing console is desired, vertical supporting walers and plates are added to system. With vertical supporting walers and Steel plates which are fixed to panels the panel is taken back and together with the climbing console formwork panels are moved to concrete upwards.
SHAFT PLATFORM
Shaft Platforms are used in elevator shafts,
electrical shafts and ete. for the installation of
the wall formworks and also to create a safe
vvorking platform.
Shaft Platform Beams are produced from
NPU 100 cast iron beams and installed to the
wall with the shaft platform pawls.
Shaft platform pavvls are fixed to
anehoring holes.
During the formwork circulation the
platform is moved in the vertical direetion by
pulling inward shaft platform pavvls with the
help of cranes.
Scaffold brackets for working platform are produced according to the German DIN 4420 norms.
Brackets have 150 kg/m² carrying capacity and the distance between two brackets should not be more than 2,0 m.
Assembly of Wall Panel
Formwork
1-Prepare an assembling table first
and then settle the steel walers.
2-First and last H20 beams are
settled on the steel walers due to the
signed parts on the waler.
3-Keep going by the same
assembly process with the other H20
beams.
4-Then assemble the plywood on
the surface.
5-Crane hook and working console
are are added to the system to
complete assembling process.
Column Formwork
Constricted cross section of columns
may cause fast rise of concrete inside
the column formwork, so concrete
pressure is being higher than wide
cross section.
According to these conditions, H20
column formworks are dizayn to
strength for 90 kn/m² concrete
pressure. The more quantity of H20
and steel waler using may give higher
strength against concrete pressure.
With reservasion components, it is
possible to have special circular
column formworks or specific cross
section type.
