BERKA STACKING TOWER SCAFFOLD SYSTEM
The stacking scaffolding system is an underfloor scaffolding system consisting of 4 main materials: H element, lower-upper frame element, lower adjustment and upper adjustment. It is used as a carrier scaffolding under floors and beams. It is practically installed by placing H elements on the sub-frame element in a staggered manner. TS EN 74-3 certified lower adjustment spindles are used to level the floor, and 4-way or U-headed adjustment spindles are used to level the floor and beam.
The bucket scaffolding system is suitable for use on construction sites without a crane, because each part can be easily transported, assembled and disassembled by construction workers. H-frames are manufactured from industrial pipes 100 or 120cm wide and 50cm high, subjected to 48/3mm TSE certified mechanical tests. Our steel products are dipped and painted. In case of demand, our products can be dip galvanized in accordance with TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.

It is practical to install, saves labor and time.
It can be easily installed and dismantled by human power without the aid of a crane.
Since the height of the H elements is 50cm, it can be adjusted at any height.
Since the frames are in the range of 100-120cm, they can be used in high floor thicknesses.
Robotic cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied in our productions.
Each element is produced automatically by gas welding robotic machines.
Easy Assemble...Pin,wedge or safety belts are not needed.
Sockets are fitted to each other. System is very cost effected of
labor and time consuming.
Fast... System is easy to carry w/tied horizantals by winch
when high tower assemling is needed. Extra horizantal
components give better rigitidy of system.

1. Base spindles are set. For safe use, base spindle components use limit should be min. 20 cm long stay inside the system.
2.Base frame is located on base spindles. After base spindles level adjust, The nutssholud be tied.
3.H frame components are set on base frame as they faced to each other. It is practical to set H frames cause of special shape of sockets.
4.Each level of H frames are set in the other way to higher the system in safe and rigid use.
5.Four ways head spindles are located on top of the verticals through the main wooden girder's way as they stay by wide side.
