BERKA TABLE TYPE TOWER SCAFFOLDING
TM table slab scaffolding system is a scaffolding system that provides fast and easy installation consisting of 4 main parts with additional accessories. It can be used in 3 different ways, such as table scaffolding, heavy load scaffolding and stair tower. The system consists of 4 main materials: frame, cross connection, lower and upper adjustment. TS EN 74-3 certified lower adjustment spindles are used to level the floor, and 4-way or U-headed upper adjustment spindles are used to take the balance under the floor and beam.
The TM table slab underfloor scaffolding system can be used as a desk formwork system with additional binding materials in skyscrapers, residences, etc. projects on high-level floors, without being disassembled until the end of the project, by being transported by crane, By creating large sized tables, labor, time and material are saved. The system has the capacity to carry heavy loads. Its strength is 55 kN/m² per foot. Frame intervals are determined by making static calculations for the project-specific slab thicknesses of all projects. Your projects are delivered to you by designing the scaffold reference layout plan and sections in the most appropriate way by our technical team. Our steel products are dipped and painted. In addition, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461
SYSTEM FEATURES:
TS EN 12813 certified TM table formwork frames are produced from TSE certified industrial pipes subjected to mechanical tests using Ø60/3mm or Ø60/4mm, Ø48/2.5mm horizontal and Ø34/2.5mm diagonal connections .
Frames are produced automatically by gas metal arc welding robotic machines. The system is coated with dip paint. It can be made in galvanized production upon request.
When used as a Table Formwork System, it can be used without disassembly until the end of the project.
Fast and easy installation and demoulding is possible with only 4 types of frame elements for different heights.

COMPONENTS IN THE SYSTEM System is assembled with the most reputable pipe brands which are Borusan, Yucel or Noksel. These brand pipes have TSE standart and mechanical water and pressure tests. Main Frames: Sytem has 3 different dimensions of frames: 150 x 110 cm, 150 x 150 cm and 150 x 180 cm. Main frames are built with Ø60 x 3mm standart pipes. Each leg has 55 kn loading capacity. Diagonal and Horizontal Braces: Main frames, diaognal and horizontal braces are immobilizing to cross each other and work as one peace. Ø34 x 2,5 mm standart pipes are used for diagonal and horizontal braces. Horizontal braces are 150 cm, diagonal braces are from 170 cm to different lengths possible. Base and Head Spindles: With base and head spindles, short space adjusting is possible between heights. Spindles can be safely used even maximum height opening itself. Ø50mm radius spindles are manufactured between 70cm and 120cm. Base spindles have special form with 6mm base. Nuts in tha spindles are sifero moulding. Head spindles may manufacture with four way or falling type head.
TABLE FORMWORK SYSTEM In design of Table Formwork System, top construction is assembled with plywood, sub-girder beams and main ridge montage. Depending on the lengths of main carrier and sub carrier, as it suits to any kind of project and slab design, the determination of space between main carrier and sub carrier support is carried out according to load.
