Areas of Use It is used as a primer under bituminous waterproofing membranes and bitumen-based liquid waterproofing products. The primer eliminates the adhesion-inhibiting effects of substances such as dust or soil on the surface and provides a clean surface. It also increases the adhesion between bituminous waterproofing membranes and the concrete surface. For these reasons, application should not be done on concrete surfaces without a primer. In applications made on surfaces other than concrete surfaces (wood, etc.), primer may not be needed. Product Advantages It is applied cold, so it is easy to use. It does not contain flammable or toxic substances. Therefore, it can be used safely in open and closed areas. After the water in its structure evaporates, it forms a layer on the surface that does not dissolve with water and is waterproof. It easily adheres to all types of surfaces. It is an economical material. Surface Preparation After mixing with a maximum of 20% water, it is applied to the surface with a grass brush, roller or gun. The surface to be applied must be clean of dust, oil, construction waste and dirt and must be dry. Application should not be done in rainy weather or on wet ground. It dries in approximately 4 - 24 hours depending on weather conditions.
