Makonat Pro - Machine Plaster
It is a bagged gypsum based concentrate ready gypsum plaster which can be applied directly by the machine on the materials such as brick, concrete, gross concrete, aerated concrete, pumice block etc. A1 class material which is supplying soundproof.

surface and environmental conditions:
It should be free of dirty material such as dust, oil and paint
The surfaces such as extremely dry, hot and highly absorbent should be moisturized with water
The surfaces of the ceiling should be roughened before applying the plaster or undercoated with material to ensure attachment of the mortar
It should be paid attention that there is no air flow or circulation and in the environment during the application
The application temperature should be between +5 to +40 °C.packaging:
Polypropylene bags of 25 kg ( % ± 2 )application:
Appropriate amount of plaster is prepared (6,5-7 liters of water/ 10 kg MAKONATPRO) proportion in the plastering machine
Mortar is sprayed on the surface by machine
The application thickness has been determined with the help of plaster strip in accordance with the smoothness of the surface
The coating which applied on the surface is smoothened by templet
When the surface starts hardening, it is flatted with the help of a steel trowel
When a light presure is applied on the surface, if it doesnt subside, trifilling can be started
After trifiling process, polishing is made again with a steel trowel and surface is made ready for painting.storage:
At most 15 bags should be stockpiled one on another at a dry place
The bags must not be in contact with the floor and they must be protected from humidity and condensation
It must be used within 6 months after production date
