Metal Roof Ladders
EasyStep®, Türkiye's roof ladder brand with the widest variety, size and stock, is manufactured in Europe with superior technology. It is meticulously selected from Scandinavian pine, knotless wood and impregnated (the process of extracting the sap of the tree by baking) to become a ladder that will be used for many years. No varnish or other lubricating materials are used to prevent slipping. There are also metal or aluminum models available.
Its assembly is extremely simple. It comes with all screws attached. In addition, it includes an illustrated assembly guide and Turkish explanations explaining the assembly. All roofers or carpenters can easily install these ladders.
When setting the location before assembly, 1 cm more than AxB lengths should be left clearly. For example, for a 120x60 cm staircase, 121x61 cm space is left. EasyStep staircases have clear dimensions. In other words, they come in exactly the dimensions they are written.
It should not be forgotten that these products are standard sizes, the gap is adjusted according to the staircase, not the staircase according to the gap. Since the gap left on the floor is usually left randomly, sometimes problems occur. The job of widening the floor is extremely difficult, so the narrowing process is usually preferred.
The most important thing to consider when narrowing is to use 40x80 cm steel profiles, starting at least 1 cm above the bottom level of the floor. This is the healthiest method.

Product Features
White Bottom Cover: Also called trapdoor, this bottom cover is the part that remains at the bottom after the ladder is closed. It is covered with HDF, a higher version of MDF coating. Its color only comes in white. If desired, it can be painted by the ladder owner. In addition, this cover is filled with a heat insulation material foam (20 mm). It prevents heat loss.
Rubber seal attached to the case: This seal prevents air passage after the bottom cover is closed. Durable, used for many years without wear.
2-year warranty: During this period, the products are guaranteed for two years against any malfunctions that may occur in the wood or moving mechanisms. After the warranty period ends, it is possible to access all spare parts very quickly for a fee.
Ready to Install: EasyStep® Roof Ladders are packaged ready for installation. They come with all screws attached, the folding parts are removed and the frame is first connected to the floor. Then the ladder is connected to the frame and the plastic rope is cut. There is no complicated part.
Spring System: Thanks to two strong springs mounted inside the case, the ladder does not fall down quickly after the bottom cover is opened. It goes down with a very soft movement. After going down a small amount, the descending movement is continued with the help of the hand. This is a controlled descent. Similarly, when the ladder is collected, the bottom cover closes softly thanks to these springs.
Non-slip step: The most important thing for a roof ladder is that the steps do not slip. For this reason, the steps are grooved. However, no lubricants such as varnish, lacquer or paint are used. In addition, since trees without knots are selected, there is no question of the step breaking.
